My Role as a Senior Mobile Engineer
At M56 Studios, I contributed as a Senior Mobile Engineer, specifically working on the Carrie Underwood fit52 fitness app. This project, still live on the Apple and Android stores with over 500,000 users, offers tailored fitness routines, nourishing recipes, and the support of an empowering community.
In my role, I was responsible for:
Developing new features using React Native for this live digital fitness platform.
Conducting code reviews and recommending improvements to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Addressing and resolving bugs reported by users to enhance the overall app experience.
Optimizing performance across both Android and iOS platforms.
Actively participating in sprint planning, estimations, and reviews alongside other engineers and the product manager.
Through my contributions, the fit52 app continues to provide a seamless, engaging fitness experience to a large, growing user base.
